Camille Etienne, activist for social and climate justice

Camille Etienne grew up in the Auvergne-Rhône-Apes region, in Savoie, in Peisay-Nancroix, surrounded by nature. After studying philosophy at Sciences Po Paris at the Sorbonne, she wanted to “make his voice heard to protect what was his best sandbox: the mountain ”

She then decides to go to study agriculture in Finland to “understand living things and therefore better defend them”.

Since then, as soon as she can, she tries toraise awareness, in particular those of “decision-makers” to stop “this mad and destructive race for growth”.

Today, at 23, she is the spokesperson for the “On est Prêt” movement and a member of the “Pensée Sauvage” duo.

Sometimes nicknamed the “Savoyard Greta Thunberg”, his video manifesto “Let’s wake up”, shot during the lockdown has reached 15 million views and his Instagram account “Seed of possible” has more than 100,000 subscribers.
