Wines of the week

It is worth remembering: all red wines should be served rather chilled. No wine will be at its best served at room temperature if your rooms are 20 degrees or more. The fullest-bodied red wines should not exceed 18 degrees. Lighter ones can be served cooler, up to 14 degrees. In doubt ? Place all your red wines in the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving them. Too cold, they will warm quickly in the glasses. Too hot is a lot more annoying!
