He tells you about his establishments between Normandy and the Alps, including The Dungeon – Domaine Saint-Clair in Étretat which recently obtained its first star.

La Havre and its cafes

Director of Charles Danican CafesBruno Michaut tells you the unique story between Le Havre and roasting.

His family business produces seven traditional coffee blends, created by his grandfather Michel Vanier. The business has been family run for 40 years.

In Seine-Maritime, the port cities all have institutions for fish sales. In Fécamp, it is Le Fish market which radiates. Run by Nathalie and her brother, she reveals the workings of her activity and the flavors of the fish on the plate.

At the farm of the Wood of the Willows, quality comes first. This polyculture and livestock farm produces a thick raw cream known throughout France, which was even awarded in Paris at the Salon de l’Agriculture.
