CA Brive files a complaint with the League and asks to replay the match against Toulouse

The day after his defeat (26-8) against Stade Toulousain, Brive decides to lodge a complaint with the National Rugby League. The club asks to replay the match. The question will be asked Monday in the Disciplinary Committee.

Toulouse have been playing at 14 since the 17th minute following the red card received by New Zealander Charlie Faumuina. But after a confusion during a substitution, 8 minutes before the end of the match, Stade Toulousain found themselves again at 15. Three players entered the field, only two left. The sequence lasts 14 seconds which will be viewed on Monday May 23 by the Disciplinary and Regulations Committee.

Before the end of the season, the Corrèze leaders hope to replay the meeting. But the schedule is tight, there is only one last game left at CA Brive to ensure its maintenance in the Top 14 next season. If the match is replayed, the rule specifies that only points scored after the 72nd minute will be counted.
