In addition to returning with a new version of Requiem for a fool on November 17, 2023, David Hallyday
also unveiled his autobiography, on November 23, entitled Best album to the editions of Look for noon. Through this work, Johnny Hallyday’s son evokes the many important things in his life. Starting with his ex-partner, and mother of his two daughters, Estelle Lefébure. However, some may forget, but before experiencing true love, Taulier’s son had a romance with an American model named Tammy.
A relationship that he never forgot, notably because of a terrifying test imposed by her father to find out if David Hallyday was “qualified” to date his daughter. Their story lasted three years as the artist recounted in his book. During these years of love, the singer will live in Los Angeles with his muse before going to Savannah, Georgia, to meet his in-laws. After a first night spent in a separate room, the artist, then 17 years old at the time, was treated to an offer from his father-in-law: go water skiing.

David Hallyday is not afraid of alligators
After realizing that his father-in-law is a master in the subject, David Hallyday had to run in another location. “When my turn came, we suddenly decided to change location”he remembered before continuing: “We sailed for a few minutes in increasingly opaque waters, before I was finally invited to enter the piste. I had barely stood on my skis when I saw two characteristic, and oh so menacing, heads emerge from water. Alligators! What is Ernest doing to me? Taking me skiing among alligators? But he’s really sick!”
It wasn’t ten but “hundreds of marine lizards stagnating between two waters waiting for their snack”remembered David Hallyday who nevertheless accepted the challenge which he rose to with flying colors. Despite everything, his story with Tammy ended shortly after. Probably because of this bad memory.
