Bus accident in Isère: the children found their family in Île-de-France

A very long day is coming to an end. It is past midnight and the child victims of the bus accident in Isère will finally be reunited with their parents. “Everyone is fine, don’t worry!”, an animator of the colony shouts. The reunion is full of relief and fatigue for some of the vacationers, some 6 years old. “We are delighted that the children are doing well and we wish a good recovery to the injured.”says a father.

The driver and his companion still hospitalized

On Saturday March 4, the bus fell six meters after the driver became unwell when approaching a bend. He is still hospitalized with his partner, but the children are safe and sound. X-rays showed nothing but bruises, but the children are shocked. “It’s scary. It is the things in life that are possible. In camp or with us in the car, these are things that happen“, relativizes a mother after finding her two children.
