Burrata and Mozzarella Made in Pau

La Laiterie paloise is the story of 2 southerners: Joany Sanhes and Axel Bougault who met frankly around a common passion: cheese, and immediately it was the desire to create something together, the project was born: to create an urban cheese dairy, to show their know-how to their customers, years later it was a successful mission: a camera filmed live the production of their delicious Made in Pau cheeses!

Here are the stars of this summer Always Made in Pau: Mozzarella, Stracciatella & Burrata with organic cow’s milk made at La Laiterie Paloise

And yes, La Laiterie Paloise dares to compete with the Italians because Béarnaise cows know how to give us very fatty milk, almost as much as Italian buffaloes! The milk comes from the now famous Jersey cows of the Gaec Lousteau Cazenave in Sevignacq Meyracq.

Did you know: Burrata is a Mozzarella with a heart of Stracciatella!
