Burgers, bagels and pastries on the menu of the gourmet food truck in the Valence area

Today, these small itinerant catering units that offer quality, even top-of-the-range recipes, are very present in our region. But in 2015, when Florane Rimeize and Hugo Peyrard launched the gourmet food truck, it was all new. These two catering professionals, who cut their teeth in the kitchen, originally wanted to create their own structure, offer fast food with good products and elaborate dishes, and implement the concept of the food truck in the region. The mayonnaise took well, the clientele is loyal, so that the small business is developing. A laboratory has just been inaugurated at 535 allée René Higonnet in Beaumont-lès-Valence, with the aim of meeting ever-increasing demand. On this site, a small pastry shop will open its doors on Saturday, November 26. To lead this extension of the company, two people have just been recruited, two young cooks from the hotel school in Tain l’Hermitage, like their bosses. They are Célia, who completes Florane’s know-how in terms of sweet pleasures, and Anthony, 2019 French burger champion, for the savory side. For France Bleu Drôme Ardèche, they present the gourmet food truck and their work.
