From my eyes as a citizen, I have the impression (impressions are important in politics) that the decisions made by the government are VERY improvised and taken by very few elected officials. How sad ! He is playing a dangerous game. He needs to stop thinking he can buy votes. He must begin to govern for the common good, and even occasionally take unpopular decisions regarding the environment, for example. This is also governing.
