Yanis Marshall’s lawyer. Maître Kaltoum Gachi came to respond to the exclusive comments made by Bruno Vandelli to
Facing Hanouna
. During this interview, the former juror of Popstars, accused of “aggravated rape” by his former student and alleged lover, accuses the latter of having attempted to subordinate a former acquaintance, by enjoining her to testify against him: “There was witness subordination, he tried to contact this person, he tried to get them on his side”the 62-year-old man firmly asserted.
Accusations that the civil party’s lawyer was unable to hear, who publicly protested about them on Cyril Hanouna’s set. In his exclusive interview with C8, Bruno Vandelli declared himself psychologically weakened by the rumors circulating about him, and the many new testimonies that are pouring in, including those revealed by Le Parisien this Thursday, February 29: “If people believe it, I can’t stop it. This is what hurts me the most, in fact, that is to say that my integrity and my passion for this profession are being damaged.. I can’t play the clown like he does, and say anything and everything, deliver things in the media like that, it’s not possible.”
She refutes the accusations of the opposing party
While Bruno Vandelli wanted to retaliate in court by attacking his accuser with “slanderous denunciation”, Me Gachi wanted to reveal that her client and she had in their possession “tangible elements” which would, according to her, confuse the dancer. However, she did not see fit to contextualize these elements, which she wishes to logically keep confidential for the time being. However, she wanted to remind Bruno Vandelli that the “subordination of witnesses” that he is talking about is, in criminal law, totally different from the summary he provides in his story: “We are on a liberation of speech which was accompanied by a call for testimonies, and even a call for help. The subordination of witnesses is the fact by gift, promise, threat, pressure, violence, to try to induce someone to provide false testimony“. Me Gachi concludes that his client never offered any donationor uses any violence to push witnesses to come to his aid.
