Bruno from “12 coups de midi” reveals his enormous real estate assets following his participation in the TF1 game!

He is one of the candidates who won the largest gains following his participation in the 12 shots of noon. Arriving on January 18, 2021 in the show hosted by Jean-Luc Reichmann, Bruno Hourcade exceeded the mark of 600,000 euros in winnings on June 2, 2021, but was eliminated on October 5 after 252 participations during the ” Fatal blow”. Despite this elimination, he was able to leave with €1,026,107.

However, during his participation, his company was affected by a layoff plan, and Bruno was directly affected. In fact, he lost his job during his participations. However, he chose not to request compensation from Pôle Emploi. Bruno Hourcade resells his gifts to make money

In addition to the money won, he also won many gifts which he decided to resell. “I kept one of each: a PlayStation 5, an Xbox and a Nintendo Switch, then gave the rest away”he confided about the game consoles won, before revealing that he had sold several won cars: “For cars, I was forced to sell them as I went along because they were taking up space in my parents’ garden. Some things sold very quickly, like Dyson vacuum cleaners and hairdryers, as well as televisions and the phones.”

However, thanks to his million euros, he was mainly able to buy several apartments and invest in property rental. At least that’s what he revealed to Pascale de La Tour du Pin, during her visit in the show PAF on Tuesday September 12, 2023.

His new life in rental investment

“Since then, I have dedicated myself to managing my earnings. You wouldn’t believe it, but when you’re not used to it… because I’ve always had an office salary, so when you have a million in your account, it’s strange, but you ask yourself ‘what do I do with it?'”he initially confided to the host.

Subsequently, Bruno Hourcade clarified that he mainly engaged in rental investment. “As I lost my job during the 12 Coups de Midon show due to a restructuring of the company, this freed up a lot of time for me. Ultimately, I take care of the visiting the apartments, making appointments with banks, insurance companies and notaries… it takes a lot of time”, he concluded. Ultimately, his job loss opened the door to a rather lucrative new business venture.
