brother artists turn everything upside down!

Queen, Bob Marley, Jealous, My Sun… With many hits to his credit, it’s impossible to miss the Dadju phenomenon! As proof, from this Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 9:08 p.m., Canal + will broadcast the first three episodes of the series Dadju, it’s going to go well which will take the channel’s viewers behind the scenes into the 32-year-old singer’s private life.

For the occasion, Gims’ little brother was the guest of the show Culture Media on the airwaves of Europe 1 this Wednesday morning… And at the microphone of Thomas Isle, it is impossible for the singer not to mention the terrible earthquake of magnitude 6.8 which struck Morocco on September 9. All the more so since, just like the interpreter of As worn as ever, Dadju has lived in Marrakech with his family for several years. A city that was hit by this powerful earthquake.

“We were panicked”

On the air, Dadju returned to the evening of the tragedy: “We were on stage with Gims, in the South of France. Coming off stage, people came running to see us and they told us that there was an earthquake at home, in Marrakech, and that “We didn’t hear from the children anymore. So we were panicked.”Dadju remembered.

“The next day, we took the first plane, we returned to Morocco to our families and what we saw was simply terrible: we saw frightened people, who were fine physically but mentally, the earthquake had left them turned upside down. These are people who sleep outside because they are afraid of being inside their homes again. And there it is, there was damage. I know people who lost loved ones too.” still moved by this natural disaster whose last toll was 2901 dead.

“The earth shaking is really terrible. So we are trying to mobilize, Gims and I, with donations. We are also trying to share the information by saying that there are people who really need help. aid to Morocco”, concluded the artist. A beautiful awareness message!
