A driver is in critical condition after an accident on Highway 30 East in Brossard on Sunday. He reportedly tried to avoid items that fell from a moving truck onto the road.
Around 9 p.m., a moving truck reportedly lost items on Highway 30 East, at kilometer 66. Two motorists reportedly tried to go around them, before leaving the road.
Ambulances were dispatched to the scene. One of the drivers was taken to hospital where he is in critical condition.
Police are on the scene to establish the cause of the accident. A service road is being used as a bypass.
