Prospective buyers can express their interest now by paying a deposit of $5,000 which allows them a raffle reservation position. The move is necessary, as there are eight configurations among the 134 units: four studio formats, three one-bedroom suites and one two-bedroom suite, with prices starting at $362,000, $497,000 and $728,000, respectively. $. The company is also in talks with the Marriott hotel chain, which would be called upon to affix one of its brands to the Alpinn.
Phase 2 to come
For Bromont, montagne d’experiences, the arrival of rooms that can accommodate a resort clientele at the foot of the slopes could make the difference, especially since a phase 2 is in the pipeline – preliminary authorizations have already been obtained from the municipality. “This will finally allow us to advertise outside Quebec,” says Mr. Désourdy. We will now have the reception capacity to allow people to hear us. The president of BME is also convinced that the occupancy rate will be sufficient for the co-owners to have substantial income.
With the construction of the hotel, which must include a bar, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a spa and a few conference rooms, it is also the configuration of the entire reception area that will be upset. Thus, the Altitude chalet will be dismantled, its lockers will be relocated under the Plaza, and a new space will be created between the hotel and the building which currently houses the administrative offices and the ski school. In addition, the ski shop and the rental service will find their place on the ground floor of the hotel, where a few shops could also appear in the near future.
