Edouard Lipka, former doctor of the France team, remains cautious. “The next two matches are compromised. The fracture causes pain, but above all edema which prevents you from breathing well, and difficult nights which will worsen your state of fatigue”, he believes.
“His nose is not good at all. It’s the downside of this evening, even if it’s just a nose, it’s very annoying for us”, Didier Deschamps reacted on TF1 just after the meeting, refusing to comment before the results of the examinations taken at the hospital were communicated to him. Kylian Mbappé and the rest of the France team returned to their base camp in Paderborn overnight. More information will come in the coming days.
