Broadway | Almost Famous adapted for the theater

The cult movie Almost Famous (almost famous) has been adapted for the theater and will be presented on Thursday on Broadway, in New York.

Composer Tom Kitt worked with the film’s director, Cameron Crowe, to introduce the musical to a new generation.

Almost Famousreleased in 2000, tells the story of a 15-year-old teenager in the 1970s who finds himself writing an article for the magazine RollingStone on the rock band Stillwater.

Crowe was inspired by his own life to write his screenplay, which won him an Oscar.
