This is enough to make fans’ mouths water.

Top chef
… The cult cooking show M6 is preparing to return to the small screen for a fifteenth season synonymous with new features. In fact, this Monday, February 5, 2024, the channel’s production gave a press conference on this new edition with the aim of revealing the big new features of this season!

A new jury

While filming for the fifteenth season began in October 2023, the new candidates were surprised to discover a new jury… However, fans of Philippe Etchebest, Hélène Darroze, Paul Pairet and Glenn Viel can rest assured, the four chefs essentials of the show have not been replaced however.

Two chefs have indeed joined the quartet: Dominique Crennthe first woman to be awarded three stars by the Michelin Guide across the Atlantic and Stéphanie Le Quellec. A name that admirers of Top chefof the first hour know well given that the two-star chef won the second season of the culinary competition in 2011.

Only two brigades

Despite the presence of six chefs on the jury, this season, only two brigades will see the light of day at the start of the adventure: the orange and the gray. Two teams simply divided by gender to the extent that it will be girls against boys. An operation which will be put in place until there are only six candidates left in the running. From then on, the candidates will belong to a brigade chaperoned by six different leaders.

What about the release date?

If the sixth channel has not yet communicated the official launch date of Top Chef 2024however, it is assumed that the program will return to the air in the coming weeks. “Without getting too involved, it is easy to guess that the program hosted by Stéphane Rotenberg will return at the start of the year. From 2019 to 2022, the gastronomy competition was launched in February. In 2023, the arrival of Top Chef was planned at March 1. As for the day of broadcast, it should not change and remain fixed to Wednesday.” inform our colleagues of Tele-Leisure… All we have to do is wait.
