(Washington) American pop superstar Britney Spears, who revealed a surprise pregnancy last month, announced Saturday that she had a miscarriage, in a message posted on Instagram with her partner Sam Asghari.

“It is with the deepest sadness that we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby during pregnancy,” says this publication of the 40-year-old singer, already a mother of two, and her partner, 28.
On April 11, the singer, revealed as a teenager by several planetary successes including Baby One More Timein 1998, had written on Instagram: “I took a pregnancy test… Uh well… I am expecting a baby”.
The news fell five months after American justice in Los Angeles (west) had given him control over his personal life by ending the guardianship exercised mainly by his father Jamie Spears. The measure was decided in 2008 because of psychological disorders of the star, who called her “abusive” and which, according to her, prevented her from removing her contraceptive IUD despite her desire to have more children .
Britney Spears and Sam Asghari, who met in 2016, added that they “will continue to try to expand their beautiful family” and asked that in the meantime, we “respect their privacy at this difficult time”.
The singer already has two boys, Sean and Jayden, with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Sam Asghari, whom the singer happily calls her “husband”, was delighted with the announcement of the pregnancy in a separate publication: “Fatherhood is something that I have always hoped for and that I do not take lightly. . This is the most important job I will have to do”.
