Thus, after two years of absence in regular format, the Montreal festival is back for its 28th edition at Windsor station and in the Rio Tinto courtyard. This time, it welcomes 72 exhibitors, including 27 breweries who will be participating for the first time.

From May 19 to 22, festival-goers will be able to taste nearly 450 beers from Quebec, Canada, Belgium, Iceland, Austria and Ireland, not to mention various products also from cider houses. , distilleries and hydromeleries from our region.

In addition to the flagship event, the Mondial de la bière organizes several themed activities that take place throughout the beautiful season in Montreal.

The following weekend, it will be the turn of the Festibière to mark its big return to Sherbrooke after a canceled edition and another reinvented. More than 150 local exhibitors will gather at Victoria Park from May 27 to 29, after which the event will move from June 30 to July 3 at Quai Paquet, Lévis, and from August 18 to 21 at Quai de l’Espace 400e. , in Quebec.

On the strength of its traveling experience last summer, the Beerfest will also organize its Happenings, which will visit Cap-Santé (June 23), Montmagny (July 15), Plessisville (July 22), Donnacona (August 13), Beauceville (26 August), Saint-Apollinaire (August 27) and Shannon (September 3).
