The Brault&Martineau, EconoMax and Liquida Meubles stores now have a new banner: they become Tanguay and Tanguay L’Entrepôt stores.

The BMTC Group is thus deploying its Tanguay division with the inauguration of eleven new stores in Quebec.

BMTC Group President and CEO, Marie-Berthe Des Groseillers, explains that the company’s growth strategy has identified the Tanguay division as the one with the greatest potential for expansion in Quebec. In his opinion, the company is giving itself the tools to improve its profitability, its financial structure and maintain its growth objectives for its market share in Quebec.

Tanguay therefore adds 11 new stores to the others in eastern Quebec, with new addresses in Brossard, Drummondville, Gatineau, Granby, Joliette, Kirkland, Laval, Sherbrooke, Saint-Hubert, Saint-Léonard and in the borough of LaSalle. , to Montreal.

In addition, five other liquidation stores will be opened under the Tanguay L’Entrepôt banner in Laval, Quebec and Trois-Rivières, as well as in the Pointe-aux-Trembles district, in eastern Montreal, and in the borough Saint-Hubert, in Longueuil.

Tanguay, whose head office is located in Montreal East, was founded in 1961. It is known for its furniture and household appliance products. It has a network of 25 stores and has some 1,000 employees.
