Charli XCX knows how to surround herself well. At the end of May, the British artist raised the tension with the extract 360 from her latest album, for which she unveiled a video clip which shows her accompanied by the most sought-after women of the moment – Julia Fox, Rachel Sennott, Chloë Sevigny, Emma Chamberlain, Hari Nef, Gabbriette and Richie Shazam…
Now that Brat is here, we really want to follow his example and surround ourselves, too, with our best friends to dance and listen to his excellent record, the songs Club Classics And rewind on your mind. If Apple presents the whole thing as “an effort that is immersed in the excitement of the London rave scene”, we would perhaps not go that far… Charli XCX’s dance music remains commercial and mainstream, but it is super well done. Note also that there is an improved version of Brat: Brat and it’s the same but there’s three more songs so it’s notwith three additional titles just as good.
