Brad Pitt to respond to Angelina Jolie allegations in court

Brad Pitt “has admitted what he’s been responsible for since day one — unlike the other party — but he’s not going to admit what he hasn’t done,” he who would be “the target of all types of ‘personal attacks and false statements’. The actor “will continue to respond in court, as he always has”.

It is with a brief written statement that the lawyer of Brad Pitt, Anne Kiley, responded to the documents that Angelina Jolie filed in court on Tuesday. The actress details the events that would have occurred in 2016 during a private flight to the winery that the couple owned, in the south of France. Angelina Jolie maintains that Brad Pitt would have grabbed her by the head and shook her, that he would have “strangled” one of their six children and that he would have hit another who tried to intervene.

Attorney Anne Kiley did not mention which allegations Brad Pitt is denying and did not respond to subsequent questions from reporters.

In the days following the events that Jolie blames Pitt for, the FBI began an investigation, but no charges were brought against Brad Pitt. In the process, the famous Hollywood couple divorced. The court had granted them joint custody, although the judgment was overturned on appeal. Custody and financial matters remain unresolved.
