Bullet Trainthe latest film starring Brad Pitt, topped the August 12 weekend box office chart, followed by Top Gun: Maverick and the second film of minions. Arletteby Mariloup Wolfe, remains in sixth position, but its receipts have halved in its second week in theaters.

American production Bullet Train, by David Leitch, has taken in almost a million dollars in two weeks, including $210,000 raised last weekend. It thus remains in first position at the Quebec box office.
The rest of the classification is made up, in order, of Top Gun, Minions: Once Upon a Time Gru, Thor: Love and Thunder, DC Krypto Super-Dog, Arlette, confessions, well no, Elvis and The cheaters.
One of the two Quebec feature films in the ranking, the film Arlettedirected by Mariloup Wolfe and starring Maripier Morin, remained at the same level (ranked sixth), but saw its takings drop from $118,000 in its first weekend (August 5-7) to $57,900 for that of August 12.
Top Gunafter 11 weeks in theaters, remains in the rankings and now has close to 10 million in receipts in Quebec.
