It is an institution in Saint Cyprien. An establishment taken over by the parents of Sylvain Bounichou in 1973. Since 2005, Sylvain, gourmet craftsman, has been at the helm after completing his work-study apprenticeship at the National School of Butchers and Caterers (CEPROC). Around Sylvain Bounichou, there is Sébastien the butcher, Dorothée for sale in the shop, Martine preparing the catering dishes, the apprentice Raphaël in 2nd BP without forgetting Mauricette, Sylvain’s mother who likes to give him a little more hand .
