Bornes Québec joins the Electric Circuit Affiliate Program

The Bornes Québec company announced Thursday that it is partnering with Hydro-Québec’s Electric Circuit to increase access to charging stations for electric vehicles.

As part of this pilot project, Terminals Québec plans to add around 100 EVera terminals to the Electric Circuit, which already has more than 1,420 public charging stations, over the course of the year.

“This partnership demonstrates all the confidence, expertise and reliability that Bornes Québec has developed over the past few years,” indicated the general manager of Bornes Québec, Guy Lamarche.

With its program of affiliated charging stations, Electric Circuit wishes to accelerate the deployment of level 2 charging stations to increase accessibility to public charging stations throughout Quebec.

“With the arrival of a large number of electric vehicles on our roads over the next few years, we will have to increase the rate of deployment of charging stations,” said France Lampron, general manager of the Hydro-Québec Electric Circuit.

“The launch of this affiliate program, with Bornes Québec as our first partner, will help us meet demand and ensure a better experience for electric motorists,” she added.
