The complaint filed by rapper Booba against influencer agent Magali Berdah, for “deceptive commercial practices”, was dismissed in November 2023, franceinfo learned from the Paris prosecutor’s office, Thursday March 28, confirming information from BFMTV.

The Paris prosecutor’s office considered that “the elements provided in support of the complaint” by Booba, whose real name is Elie Yaffa, “were too imprecise or unusable to support the characterization of any offense”. The rapper, who launched a fight against “influvoleurs” (influencers accused of misleading commercial practices), filed a complaint in July 2023. He denounced “a complex and organized scam system, centralized by the company Shauna Events” founded by Magali Berdah, based on testimonials from buyers who claimed not to have received the products ordered from the company.

This complaint is just one of many legal conflicts between the rapper and the founder of Shauna Events. Booba is indicted and placed under judicial supervision for aggravated moral harassment against Magali Berdah, who accuses the artist of regularly inciting her fans to launch cyberharassment campaigns against her. The influencer agent obtained the conviction of nearly 30 people for aggravated cyberharassment on March 19.
