Bonnet Huteau White Bonnets Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie 2021 | To whet the appetite

After the 2020 recommended last April, here is now the Bonnet Huteau Les Bonnets Blancs Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur lie 2021, which seems even better to me.

The estate, which cultivates its vines according to the precepts of biodynamics, offers here a Muscadet from young vines, affordable and all that is more classic. The fine and appetizing nose opens with aromas of green apple, oyster shell and sea spray. The mouth, fresh and saline, also offers grain to the texture, with delicate notes of cream and almond.

Light and tonic, the wine nevertheless shows substance, with a certain chewiness and a long finish.

Delicious as an aperitif, it appeals to the table: raw or au gratin oysters, sushi, gougères, fried smelts, fish fritters, linguine go vongole.
