While the harvest will only take place in a month, wild boars attack grape harvests in the Alpes-Maritimes. The winegrowers are getting organized.

The heat has a rather surprising consequence in the vineyards of Nice (Alpes-Maritimes). On the hill of Bellet, the grapes are already gorged with sugar and the harvest will only take place in a month, but some amateurs have started tasting the most beautiful bunches. These are boars affected by drought and lack of water. This is a new battle that the winegrowers concerned must therefore wage.

“It becomes really worrying, because there are more and more of them, (…) it demolishes everything”, laments one of them.
