“Bluegrass,” Willie Nelson | The duty

Weed is not ordinary at Willie Nelson. It makes you see in color. To celebrate his 90th birthday, he took out the snuffbox of the great evenings, the one whose mixture, duly aspirated, turns everything blue. Including songs from his vast repertoire. Everyone loves it, except Trigger, his intractable nylon string and wear hole mount. Willie, for once, didn’t insist: he let his good old beast graze. Instead, he brought together a great group of skilled scratchers of the purest bluegrass, all skilled in banjo, violin, dobro and mandolin, and played his songs as if he were floating in the Appalachians. A little trip two days, while stocks last. Back down on the Texas cow floor, he looked at the result and smiled with full bluish-white teeth. It was definitely good. Sacred bivouac of pickings not stung by cockchafers and refrains stuffed with celestial harmonies. Everything comes in bluegrass, we see at the end of the enjoyable demonstration. Even On the Road Again.
