For the first time, Monday, January 24, the armored vehicles cross the doors of the prison of Hassaké in the hands of the jihadists, in Syria. Once inside, on the fifth day of combat with Daesh, the Kurdish forces film themselves. In their videos circled in red, an assailant from the Islamic State group is taken under fire. The flag of Daesh is thrown to earth but the siege is far from over.

Monday, January 24 in the afternoon, a scene of surrender was filmed by Kurdish forces. Dozens of prisoners, many of them members of the Islamic State, are evacuated by bus. In the early days among the prisoners recovered by the Kurds it there are a few minors and the teenagers are said to be 700 in the prison. 45,000 civilians have already fled the fighting because they were trapped in the neighborhood.
