Blockness or the sea monster game for the whole family

Blockness, the name is reminiscent of a certain sea monster that we would have seen in the mist of a famous lake, since very frequented by tourists. The kinship does not stop there since the author Laurent Escoffier suggests to each of the participants to employ the best strategy to increase the size of his totem monster.

Cathy Caspin toy librarian in Parthenay appreciates this game which calls for strategy:

  • to block the advance of opponents
  • and complete his monster by adding rings.

Perfect from 8 years old, Blockness is played with 2, 3 or 4 players.

It takes about 30 minutes per game. This game, published in 2021 by Blue Orange, is illustrated by Simon Douchy and Christine Alcouffe.

Sold around 25 euros.
