Isabelle innovates in this month of November with her “Blanche d’Armagnac jelly Mojito style“. An exquisite jelly created especially for the Armagnac en fête event in Labastide-d’Armagnac. A jelly that has been a hit and therefore is now sold in quantity for you gourmets. For easy winter mojitos, for food and jelly pairings, you will certainly not be short of imagination for your associations. And if you’re not very lime/mint why not try another fall creation like jam “Prune d’Ente with Blanche d’Armagnac”, a tasty, fine and delicate jam that connoisseurs will appreciate. And then if not always in the news section you may fall for the christmas jamjam “Pear with Passion Berry” or even the “3P” (Plum, apple, peach). Of course it will be difficult to resist the traditional “Crushed Pineapple, Rum, Vanilla” which has again just won a gold medal at the Concours des Saveurs Nouvelles Aquitaine.
