I was sipping this red on a squash and bacon risotto and I said to myself that this blend, of which the Grenache Noirs make up most of it, shone not only by its fruitiness, but also by the fusion of textures. As it should be for this domain, mastery and aging just right for a full-bodied, seductive, fresh and harmonious red. (5) ©
