Released in 1985, the piece Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God) appears today at 8e rank on the Billboard Hot 100. By the mid-1980s, the song could not do better than 30e position before beginning its descent.

Released on May 27 on Netflix, the seven new episodes of Stranger Things give an important place to the piece of the British artist, which we hear in several scenes featuring the character of Max Mayfield, defended by Sadie Sink.

Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God) is not just experiencing a renaissance in the kingdom of Joe Biden. Over the past few days, the song has earned a spot in Apple Music’s top 10 in 34 countries. In Canada, it currently sits at number 2. Kate Bush recently said that she really likes the Duffer Brothers’ sci-fi series.

Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God) featured on the album Hounds of Love by Kate Bush, also launched in 1985. The piece also appears on Stranger Things: Soundtrack From the Netflix Series, Season 4a recently released compilation.
