Bigflo and Oli set fire to the “before” of the Urban Empire festival near Limoges

It had been two years since they had played: the Toulouse rappers Bigflo and Oli are returning to the stage this summer and their audience is still there. The two brothers offered 2,500 fans a concert on the occasion of the “before” of the Urban Empire festival in Boisseuil, near Limoges. “It’s an exceptional concert, extraordinary musicians”, rejoices a spectator.

More motivated than ever, Bigflo and Oli played their flagship titles and pieces from their fourth album The others are us released on June 24th. Refined during their “retirement”, this new opus invites many artists like Cabrel, MC Solaar or Julien Doré. Teamwork concocted with the public. “There we thought about others, we thought about writing about them, telling their story, going to scratch in our memories, in our identity and we became the others we dreamed of becoming, these artists who filled Zenith”, confide the two musicians.

Atypical in the world of rap, Florian and Olivio went through the conservatory.
Over time, their texts took on a more serious tone. It’s the album of maturity, assume the two brothers.

Fresh out of a huge show at the Accor Hotel Arena, Bigflo and Oli relish the small gauges just as much. L’Urban Empire Festival is one of the first dates for the return of the duo. “Limoges, we came several times and we wanted to go back to basics. It was people who believed in Bigflo and Oli, who gave us a chance and now that we have become big names, we had want to come back and give strength to the festival”, assure the two brothers.

Bigflo & Oli continue their tour on the road to festivals in the summer and this fall. They will be performing in Paris on the Olympia stage on January 27, 2023. The Toulouse duo have already promised to return to Limousin.
