Since the organization of the 2023 World Junior Championship was withdrawn in Novosibirsk and Omsk, Russia, several Canadian cities have not hesitated to express their interest in order to recover the stake to present this important tournament. Joining forces with those of Quebec, Trois-Rivières joins the dance.
