Beyries alone at the piano before packing up

The original version is accompanied by a minimalist music video, where the singer appears alone in the dark in front of her instrument. Valhalla Dancer is meant to be a reflection on death and a possible “beyond”, with soft breakthroughs of light.

Building on the success ofEncounter, whose songs have accumulated some 3 million plays on digital platforms, Beyries is continuing a concert tour that will take her to the northeastern United States from November 10.

The return to Montreal of the folk-pop singer-songwriter, who will spend a good part on Quebec roads, has been announced for April 8 at the Corona Theater.
