Beyoncé at the top of the country charts

Beyoncé is used to being at the top of the charts. However, she accomplished a new feat with the recent release of her song Texas Hold ‘Em : that of reaching the first position of the country charts.


Since its Super Bowl release, Beyoncé’s new song has garnered 19.2 million impressions on streaming services and 4.8 million impressions on radio, according to figures reported by Billboard.

The singer’s new sound allows her to become the first woman to achieve number one in her career on the country and R&B/Hip-Hop charts since their creation in 1958, underlines Billboard. She also became the first black woman to rise to the top of the top country, note Variety.
