It is a biodynamic wine, made from 12 different grape varieties (Merlot, Bouchalès, Castet, Mancin des Palus, Cot, Carménère, Péloursin and many others.). Chateau de la Vieille Chapelle is made from 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc
It is vinified and aged in raw concrete vats. Little racking. Unfined, unfiltered wines.
The castle also offers a guest house and also a guinguette which is open during the summer period until the end of September on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
