Originally from Caen, Gabriel Legeleux, alias Superpoze, has since 2015, the release date of his first album, acquired a certain notoriety. His artistic talent went beyond the borders of Normandy. Today, he returns with a critically acclaimed new album.

Les Inrockuptibles or even Liberation, Superpoze arouses the curiosity of the national press. I have to say that Nova Cardinale is a UFO in the artistic journey of Superpoze. Trained in percussion at the Caen Conservatory, he then composed two albums with electro sounds, Opening in 2015 then For we the living in 2017. “It’s true that my two previous albums used almost exclusively electronic instruments. There was a bit of piano, percussion but it all had an electronic sound” recognizes Superpoze. “And there, for this new album, I went to the studio with a lot of musicians. There’s rock acoustic drums and electronic drums, rhythm machines. There’s cello, piano, a choir and ancient instruments like the viola da gamba”.

Superpoze has been making music for 10 years. He started on the Caen scene. His career took off very quickly. In 2017, he worked with rapper Lomepal, whose album FLIP he co-produced. Two years later, he produced and directed Alex Beaupain’s sixth album (No more day than night) in duet with Ambroise Willaume. And this year, he collaborates with Raphael on his show Magnetic tape, currently on tour throughout France. Superpoze has also composed numerous film scores, enemy brothers or Out loud. He will perform on the Parisian stage of the Trianon on November 29th.
