While negotiations continue at the Palais des Congrès within the framework of the 15e United Nations Conference on Biodiversity (COP15), the Environment Network invites families interested in the future of life on Earth to a series of activities this Sunday at the Public Action Zone, at the Grand Quai du Port of Montreal.
On the program: a virtual experience to understand the importance of pollinating insects, a presentation on the threats to the oceans, another on the restoration of peatlands. The Aquarium du Québec’s Aquavan will also be on hand.
The activities continue until Wednesday, with conferences and panels, in the presence of researcher and musician Jérôme Dupras (Les Cowboys Fringants), ecologist Laure Waridel (co-founder of Équiterre) and the chief scientist of Quebec. , Rémi Quirion.
