Upcoming matches in Innsbruck include the iconic Besele-Derby featuring FC Veldidena against SK Wilten, as well as home games for SV Nordkette and SVG Reichenau. Most teams will travel for away games, while AKA maintains an unbeaten streak after a match against Rapid. The Regionalliga West championship runs until November 16, with important clashes scheduled, including SVG Reichenau’s final home game of the autumn season on November 3 against TSV St. Johann.

INNSBRUCK. The championship in the Regionalliga West continues until November 16. SVG Reichenau’s last home game of the fall season is scheduled for November 3 at 2 PM against TSV St. Johann. SC Imst leads the league with 35 points, followed closely by SV Austria Salzburg with 34 points, while SVG Reichenau stands at 28 points. In their last home game of the season, FC Wacker Innsbruck crowned themselves fall champions of the tt.com Regionalliga Tirol. The championship season finale for FC Wacker will take place on November 2 at 3 PM against SV Kematen, followed by the final game of the autumn, the TFV Kerschdorfer Tirol Cup match in Ebbs on November 9 at 2 PM. On November 2, IAC will face SK Ebbs.
Besele Derby
During the final round of the Hypo Tirol Liga on November 2, Union will play in Brixen. Currently, Generali Union Innsbruck ranks 12th in the table. In the last round of Landesliga West in the autumn season, SVI will travel to Ausserfern to meet SV Reutte. SVG Reichenau 1b also plays away against Vils, while SPG Innsbruck West is set to take on SV Reutte.
In the Bezirksliga West table, SK Wilten is positioned 8th, and FC Veldidena is in 10th place. The much-anticipated Besele Derby will conclude the autumn season in the Bezirksliga West on November 2 at 5 PM.
Leading the 2nd Klasse West, SV Nordkette will play its final match of the fall season against AV Absam 1b on November 2 at 1:30 PM at the Hötting West sports field.
AKA Remains Unbeaten
In the match between AKA SK Rapid U15 and AKA Tirol U15, the result was 1:1 (0:1), with Michael Habisohn scoring. Coach Johannes Eichinger commented, “It was a good, evenly matched game that I would have liked to win, and we certainly had the chance to do so. I was not completely satisfied with some individual performances.”
In the U16 matchup, AKA SK Rapid faced AKA Tirol, resulting in a thrilling 5:7 (2:4). Scorers include Leon Staudacher (3), Adrijan Panic (2), Eliah Murnig, and Noah Ebner. Coach Thomas Löffler stated, “Although Rapid was slightly the better team, we showed great spirit and never gave up after falling behind 4:5. Special thanks to my assistant coach Philipp Glatzl for preparing the team excellently while I attended a training course in Lindabrunn.”
In the U18 game, AKA SK Rapid played against AKA Tirol, ending in a 3:3 (1:1) draw with goals from David Radovanovic (2) and Christopher Weinzierl. Coach Michael Baur remarked, “It was a deserved and fair draw against Rapid, as both teams demonstrated good football. With a bit more cunning, we could have possibly secured a win.”
Women’s Football
The 2nd Women’s Bundesliga will continue until November 17. The last home game for FC Wacker Innsbruck Women is scheduled for November 9 at 4:30 PM against Union LUV Graz. On November 2 at 2 PM, the FC Wacker Women will host SPG Geretsberg/Bürmoss. Meanwhile, the Hypo Tirol Women’s League is already in its winter break.
TFV Kerschdorfer Tirol Cup
The third round of the TFV Kerschdorfer Tirol Cup is set to take place on March 8, 2025. An exception applies for the “Cup teams” outside of Regionalliga West, as they have mutually agreed to play on the weekend of November 8 or 9, 2025.
