Circle of Paraiges
has found its place in Metz. This private club modeled on Anglo-Saxon clubs has a bar and a restaurant reserved for its members in the south stand of the Stade Saint-Symphorien and offers events, conferences and meetings. With 550 members in one year, the President of the Circle, Bernard Serin, believes that the club has found its audience: “The place, the stadium, it was a little surprising, but the place works, explains the one who is also President of FC Metz. The Circle of Paraiges was imagined, designed, decorated so that the circle functions perfectly. The name has also returned to the mores, the name of “Paraiges” has come back into the light. It’s good, because it’s a great period of wealth and attractiveness for our city and our region”.
A rich program
During its first year, the Cercle des paraiges offered itself a great program, offering its members moments of exchange with big names: Robert PiresEdgar Grospiron, Nelson Monfort, Gad Elmaleh or even Jean-Jacques Alliagon. Francois Hollande is already announced in the coming weeks.
It works like a network, whose members are handpicked and may belong to different backgrounds (economic, political, cultural, etc.). A business sale was recently signed on the spot between two members.
International twinnings
The circle has also developed partnerships with other prestigious circles, in France, but also abroad: the circle Saint-James (Paris), the Circle Gaulois (Brussels), the Circle The Merode (Brussels), the circle of Wallonia and the Munster circle (Luxembourg). These twinnings allow members to have a meeting room or to participate in the events of these circles.
A garden party on the lawn of Saint-Symphorien
The circle wants to continue to instill this culture of private clubs, by further encouraging members to invite customers to events in particular, to continue to expand this network. A garden party has already been announced on the lawn of the Stade Saint-Symphorien, after the end of the championship, for members and their guests.
