In March 2023, pension reform was clearly THE sensitive subject everywhere in France. If many personalities expressed their rejection of this reform and gave their support to the demonstrators, Bernard de la Villardière signed a declaration which caused a stir.
Speaking to Sud Radio on March 19, the famous journalist from the M6 channel, who is lucky enough to travel a lot, gave his opinion on the subject by comparing the situation of the French with the condition of other citizens of the world: “When I’m going back here to France, it’s true that I’m a little… when I see that we’re demonstrating against the pension reform and that people are whining because they’re going to work for two more years… I think that drives me to despair A little”.
And the presenter of the “Exclusive Investigation” program added: “You know that there is a figure that the international labor office says that the average half of the working time worked per week in the world is 60 hours. We are at 35… we are very very far”. What annoy some Internet users who did not hesitate to respond to him on social networks.
Bernard de la Villardière evokes “a first time” in a 2CV
This Monday, May 8, 2023, Bernard de la Villardière is again in the media because of a statement… much lighter this time. The one who is rather discreet about his private life has, against all odds, mentioned his family life and in particular his marriage which has lasted for almost 40 years this Monday, in the media. Bernard de la Villardière was indeed invited to the microphone of RTL radio and made some rare confidences about his meeting with Anne de Savignac, the mother of his children whom he married in 1984. While the conversation revolved around old cars and therefore 4Ls and 2CVs, the presenter of the show launched: “We all have a memory with these cars.
To which Bernard de la Villardière replied: “It’s true that the bench was special because we also used it for picnics”. Before adding:It was not easy to kiss… I remember the first time I kissed my wife was in a 2CV!”.
Married since 1984, Bernard de la Villardière and his wife Anne de Savignac are the happy parents of four children, namely Caroline (31 years old), Marc (30 years old), Rémi (26 years old) and Nicolas (25 years old).
