Thursday, June 9 was held at the Grand Rex in Paris the concert event of the singer Imany for her album Voodoo Cello. Many personalities from various backgrounds were present such as chef Christophe Michala, singer Awa Ly, singer Michel Jonasz, actor Pascal Elbé, journalists Catherine Ceylac and Harry Roselmack and one of the leading couples of the moment, actress Bérénice Bejo and director Michel Hazanavicius. The lovers made another public appearance after coming to the Cannes Film Festival last May to present Cut!
During the Imany concert, the actress and the director appeared very complicit in outfits much more relaxed than those they wore at the Cannes Film Festival. We could almost call them the Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie of French cinema. As a reminder, the couple had come as a family with the daughter of Michel Hazanavicius, Simone and her niece, Raïka Hazanavicius.
Inseparable for sixteen years
Quite discreet but present in the media sphere, Bérénice Bejo and Michel Hazanavicius have not hesitated to make a few appearances together and have been for sixteen years now! For the record, it’s on the set of the film OSS 117: Cairo, nest of spies that the actress and the director met in 2006. Behind the scenes, it was love at first sight. The couple have since given birth to two children: Lucien born in 2008 and Gloria born in 2011.
