A special auction will take place on Friday November 5 in Bercy (Paris). The State offers more than 300 various and varied lots for sale. Property seized by justice or confiscated from delinquents or criminals.

An exceptional auction is taking place in the heart of Bercy (Paris) on Friday 5 November. Luxury cars, sumptuous jewelry, silver ingots: the Ministry of the Economy is transformed into a veritable cave of Ali Baba and the 40 thieves. “We have watches handed over by the Marseille court in cases of illicit possession of weapons and drug trafficking”, explains Amal El Manouzi, sales commissioner. All these objects belonged to serious delinquents, confiscated within the framework of legal proceedings. “One can seize in the patrimony of the delinquent up to the profit that it brought to him”, specifies Amal El Manouzi

In all, some 300 objects ranging from 30 to over 200,000 euros. People looking for good deals, like a buyer who bought a sedan at a price 30% lower than the market. The ministry hopes to make $ 3 million from the sale. A sum donated to the state budget in the fight against drug trafficking or fraud.
