Benoit VUILLON in a few words …
Leaving the post of Director of Territorial and Cultural Development within the National Union of Jeunesses Musicales de France, he nurtures the ambition to build on the work already carried out at the Train, to make it grow in order to achieve what it is calls “a MADE TO MUSIC “.
Benoit Vuillon is passionate about all living cultures: current music, jazz, world music, but also theater, contemporary dance without forgetting sport too, especially rugby.
He has devoted his career to musical cultural action within the territories.

I would like to propose a new human and artistic adventure to all the partners who wish it, to the artists, spectators and to the population as a whole. Of course, I wish to work in the continuity of the work undertaken, in particular on the fundamentals which make the reputation of the Train-Theater. It is and will remain a hotbed of French-speaking song. I would like to go even further: to welcome, for example, even more great voices from the world while reflecting on the meaning of the Francophonie which cannot be reduced to the single song “in the French language”.
