Long deprived of parades because of the Covid-19 pandemic and restrictions, the big cities of the Fashion planet are delighted with the return of the festivities! Thursday evening (December 9, 2021), London hosted a new Dior fashion show. The prestigious French house and its artistic director of men’s collections, Kim Jones, presented their men’s wardrobe for the fall 2022 season. The event took place at the Olympia London.
Many celebrities attended, including Benoît Magimel. The 47-year-old actor arrived with his partner Margot Pelletier, all from Dior dressed with a magnificent coat duffle coat sleeveless in red wool. Once inside, the couple ran into Nicolas Maury and danced with British rapper Slowthai.
The guest list for the Dior show also included Kate Moss’ daughter and boyfriend Lila Grace Moss and Earl Nikolai Von Bismarck, Naomi Campbell, singer Sam Smith, rapper and actor Common, Charlie Heaton (from the series Stranger Things) and his girlfriend Natalia Dryer, as well as Douglas Booth. All followed with attention the successive passages of the models cast for the show.
The collection is inspired by the social and literary movement Beat Generation, which appeared in the United States in the 1950s.
