(Cincinnati) Joe Burrow threw a two-yard touchdown pass to Hayden Hurst to confirm the Cincinnati Bengals’ 27-15 victory over the Miami Dolphins on Thursday night.

The match was marked by a horrible scene. Dolphins quarterback (3-1) Tua Tagovailoa left the field on a stretcher with a head and neck injury.
Vonn Bell made his second interception of the night off Dolphins backup quarterback Teddy Bridgewater three minutes from time. The second interception of the safety half allowed the Bengals (2-2) to sell precious seconds on the clock.
Evan McPherson had two field goals in the fourth quarter, including one from 57 yards.
Burrow completed 20 of 31 passes for 287 passing yards. He also threw two touchdown passes.
The Bengals won their second game in five days after losing the first two of the season. Tee Higgins caught seven passes for 124 yards and a major.
Bridgewater didn’t find a taker on the Dolphins’ last possession and caused a turnover on a failed final try. This failure resulted in the return to the locker room with 57 seconds left.
Before his injury, Tagovailoa had found takers on eight of his 14 passes for 110 yards. One of his passes was intercepted.
In relief, Bridgewater completed 14 of 23 passes for 193 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
Tyreek Hill led the Dolphins with 10 catches for 160 yards.

Tagovailoa suffered a sack from Josh Tupou with about six minutes remaining in the second quarter.

Last Sunday against Buffalo, Tagovailoa was tackled hard by Matt Milano late in the first half, on a play where his header seemed to hit the ground.
Once on his feet, he staggered and fell, then being assessed in the locker room, for a possible concussion. He was back at his post at the start of the third quarter.
The NFL and NFLPA have weighed in on whether to give him the green light to return to action.
Tagovailoa started the game ranked second in the NFL with 925 passing yards.
He is third in the league with eight touchdown passes, including six on Sept. 18 at Baltimore.
