(Spa-Francorchamps) Dutchman Max Verstappen, leader of the Formula 1 world championship, has made an engine change, according to an official document published on Friday, and will therefore be penalized ten places on the starting grid for the Belgian Grand Prix on Sunday.
Red Bull has installed a fifth internal combustion engine in the reigning world champion’s car, beyond the four allowed per season. The change will earn it a grid penalty for the GP, according to current rules.
